Bon Appetite

They say, watch your food if you want to watch your thoughts. And thoughts offcourse have a major role in our behaviour, actions.

It is fun to watch how different people eat. Some eat in silence, some in group, some with family, some in front of television. I remember while we were students, we were made to thank god before eating in school. Then, it was just mechanical action to go out. Very recently came to know praying before eating is there in every religion.

Scientists have even experimented on water after prayer, they found out that there was change in the molecular structure of water in the positive environment. With positive thoughts the water molecules formed beautiful designs and with negative ones, they looked all distorted.

No wonder food got from temples are tastier than the home food. Even though the recipe is the same. Still remember how all of us used to wait in a long queue perspiring under the hot sun to get a laddu(sweet dish) from Tirupathi temple(famous temple in South India) and one of the passerby saying,'No matter what ...We will go only with this laddu. It is so delicious, not tasted any laddu better than this. We make so many laddus at home, just does not come as tasty as Tirupathi laddus' . I grinned and replied back, 'Very true.. Nothing as delicious as prasadam(food offered to God)'
